Our roadside rescue team is comprised of highly experienced and qualified technicians who have a wealth of knowledge in carrying out roadside repairs quickly and safely to any vehicle regardless of it’s age, make or model. Our technicians use a number of different vehicle types including motorcycles, small vans and 4x4 off-road vehicles, so we really can get to your vehicle rapidly wherever it is. Whether it’s in the depths of a busy city centre, level 9 of a multi-storey car park or even in the middle of a muddy field! Our rescue vehicles are equipped with the same state of the art satellite navigation systems used by the emergency services, enabling us to reach your exact location in the quickest time possible avoiding road works, busy traffic routes and other potential delays.

When our technician arrives with your vehicle they will ask you exactly what happened and what the vehicle’s symptoms are. We will then diagnose the fault and establish whether we can effect a repair or make a temporary repair to your vehicle on site enabling you to continue your intended journey. In the event we can’t repair your vehicle at the roadside our rescue vehicle will have enough seats to carry you and your passengers and will be equipped with a rapid deployment trailer so we can get you to your destination and your vehicle to a garage.
